Return Policy


We understand that shopping online comes with challenges that are beyond our control. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we want to make it right. However, due to the handcrafted nature of these personal care products returns are not possible.

Items that were damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost to you. Please inspect packages closely for damages and report problems to us immediately with visual proof so we can reach out to the shipping company.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If you enter the wrong address upon checkout. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
