Vintage Blooms Foaming Hand Soap

I can’t take all the credit for this product, but I am super excited to add it to Dunkirk Soap Co.’s line of products. The foaming hand soap base is made by Midwest Fragrance Company in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
